Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the website ybdgames.com and the mobile games Spell Stack: Word Fall (com.benganger.spellstack.fallingletters) and Spell Stack: Strategy (com.benganger.spellstack.boardclear) published by YBD Games / Ben Ganger ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account or submit personal contact information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to play our games or browse this website. Game progress, high scores, settings, and unlocked stages are stored locally on your device.
2. Third-Party Services (Advertising & In-App Purchases)
Our mobile apps integrate standard Google services that may automatically collect device identifiers (including Advertising ID), approximate location, diagnostics, and interaction data in order to serve advertisements in the free version of the app, prevent fraud, and process in-app purchases:
- Google AdMob (for displaying between-level advertisements in the free version): https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Play Billing (for processing the optional one-time "Remove All Ads Forever" upgrade): https://policies.google.com/privacy
All data transmitted by these Google SDKs is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
3. Children’s Privacy
Our games are intended for a general audience (ages 13 and older) and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Because we do not maintain user accounts or store personal profiles on our own servers, all local game progress and preferences reside on your device. You can delete all local app data at any time by clearing the app’s storage in your Android device settings or uninstalling the app. You may also reset or delete your Android Advertising ID at any time in your device’s Google privacy settings.
5. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact YBD Games via the developer support email listed on our official Google Play Store listing page.
